Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to www.agentora.in (the “Site”) and to the Agentora AI Mentor mobile app and WhatsApp assistant (together, the “Services”), operated by Agentora Technologies Private Limited, Plot No 540, Vijayraj Nagar, Bhavnagar – 364003, Gujarat, India (“Agentora”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You must be 18 or older to use the AI Mentor. It is not intended for children.

Paid engagements — such as Discovery Workshops and delivery services — are governed by a separate written agreement between Agentora and your organisation. If those terms conflict with these, the engagement agreement prevails.

2. What the Site provides

The Site describes our services and offers tools such as the AI Readiness Assessment. Assessment outputs, sample reports, and other content are provided for general information: they are a starting point for a conversation, not professional, legal, or investment advice, and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

The Site also carries our consumer product, the AI Mentor, which section 3 describes.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. The AI Mentor, and what it is not

The AI Mentor produces a personal growth plan, a daily brief, a learning library and answers to follow-up questions, based on what you tell us about yourself. It is available on the web, as an Android app, and over WhatsApp.

EVERYTHING IT PRODUCES IS GENERATED BY AI. It can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation. It is guidance to think with — not professional advice, and not a substitute for a qualified person who knows your circumstances.

It does not give personalised investment advice. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. The financial section teaches general concepts and does not recommend shares, funds, schemes or products.

It does not sell or recommend insurance. We are not an IRDAI-registered intermediary.

It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in it should be used to start, stop or change any medication or treatment. If something concerns you about your health, speak to a doctor.

Astrology content is offered as tradition and reflection. It is not a prediction, it does not drive any recommendation we make about your career, health or money, and it should not be the basis of a decision.

You are responsible for what you choose to do. Decisions you take after reading a plan are yours.

4. Your account

You can create an account with an email address or by verifying a WhatsApp number. Keep access to that email or number secure — anyone who controls it can reach your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. The plan is built from your answers, so incomplete or inaccurate details produce a less useful plan.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or as described at www.agentora.in/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

The AI Mentor currently has three tiers. Free costs nothing and includes one plan and seven days of daily briefs. Plus is currently ₹399 and Max currently ₹799, each giving 30 days of access with a higher monthly allowance of plans. Current prices, allowances and inclusions are always shown before you pay.

Prices are shown exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Paid tiers are a ONE-TIME PURCHASE OF A FIXED PERIOD, not an auto-renewing subscription: access lasts for the period you bought and then stops unless you choose to buy again. There is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge.

Where a purchase is made through Google Play, Google is the seller of record and that transaction is also governed by Google Play's terms. Cancellations and refunds for Play purchases are handled through Google Play. Purchases made on the Site are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

If a payment succeeds but access is not granted, contact support@agentora.in with the payment reference and we will correct it.

Allowances are per period and do not carry over. We may change prices or allowances for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access, probing or testing its security without written permission, scraping content at scale, submitting unlawful or infringing material, or using the Site to transmit malware or spam.

When you submit information through our forms or assessments, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not violate any third party's rights or any confidentiality obligation you owe.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, and reports — are owned by Agentora or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for evaluation purposes with attribution; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written consent.

You retain all rights to the information you submit to us. You grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the services you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, revenue, or data — arising from your use of the Services or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Where we are liable to you for a paid tier, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the period in question.

9. Third-party links

The Services may link to or rely on third parties — for example LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Play, and the payment and AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available at www.agentora.in/terms with its effective date shown above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
